Thank you for your inquiry. Let me give you a little breakdown of what I do and then I will let you know about pricing further down. Your time is very valuable and I know you have a lot of decisions to make.
I break down the planning process into Five Phases to make planning easier to digest and allows you to have some fun. I work with Google Docs to keep track of every detail and create an efficient timeline. I use a program called Rock, Paper, Coin for my contracts, invoices, and payments.
Once booked, we will have multiple meetings to make sure everything is taken care of. You will also have direct access to me. I am your planner and I will take care of you. In wedding planning there are more than just the surface details. Weddings are many faceted gems.
I offer Full Service Planning, all five phases, where I help assist you in finding the right venue, vendors, and everything in between. You will still be in charge of who you decide to book. I bring the information to you based on what you are looking for and you make the ultimate decision. We work together in the design process based on your likes, not mine. I offer suggestions, but it is always your final decision.
The next option is Partial Wedding Planning, beginning at phase 2 or 3. This is when you have your venue and some vendors booked, but you still need help finding other vendors, and pulling everything else together.
Lastly, Wedding Management (aka, Day Of). You have your venue, your vendors, and all the details are taken care of. Now I come in at least 6 weeks prior to your day and get all of the information that you have and I create an efficient timeline, contact and coordinate details with your venue and vendors, and then I come in on the wedding, or event day, and make sure everyone stays on track and you are actually able to enjoy your wedding day.
This package begins at $6,900 for up to 150 guests. 151-200 guests is $7,700. That price also includes 3 assistants for your wedding day. Price may increase based on distance of the venue.
